Michael and Ewelina are both fun and serious. They are fun - personable and easy to talk to. They are serious - know how much their clients count on them and are very dependable and trustworthy. They personally introduce the caregivers to me, which increases my level of trust.
I think she is taking care of the home, like helping to make the bed and things like that. They have a lot in common in their backgrounds. I feel like there is a lot of common interest, and she is probably about the age of their older daughter. They were good, but the last year have fallen way down.

Jada started her career with Home Instead as Caregiver, before moving into the Office Coordinator role. Jada has a background working with children and adults on the autism spectrum. She faithfully served in our weekly Bible study at a local assisted living community until COVID changed all that. The people who attended loved the Lord, HIs Word, and singing hymns! Nancy is the keeper of the lyrics for all the hymns we sing!
